? Hong Kong University Graduates Association (HKUGA) is pleased to lead the hosting of an exclusive seminar where leading Web3 experts Mr. Gary Tiu and Mr. Raymond Chan will share their insights on the latest development in stablecoin and its impact on both the Hong Kong and global markets.

About the Speakers
?Mr. Gary Tiu
Mr. Gary Tiu is an Executive Director and the Head of Regulatory Affairs of OSL Group. OSL, listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, was the first digital asset trading platform operator licensed by the SFC in Hong Kong. The Group operates globally across Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Italy, Indonesia, Bermuda and other regions, with regulated digital asset trading and payments businesses.
?Dr. Raymond Chan
Dr. Raymond Chan is Vice-chairman of a global crypto exchange and the Founder of the first virtual bank, inMotion, under CITIC Bank International. He is also the Chairman of Greater Bay Area FinTech League and the Vice-chairman of Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia. With over 20 years of experience in banking, he holds management positions in major banks and is a seasoned practitioner in banking and fintech. He is also a part-time lecturer at HKUST and HKU SPACE and the author of the best-selling series “New Finance Revelation.”
