Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2023 of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association will be held as follows:

Venue:    Restaurant of The Chinese Banks' Association Limited

Location: 5/F, South China Building, 1 Wyndham Street, Central

A G E N D A

1. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 19^th December 2022;

     2. To receive and adopt the President Report;

     3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31^st March 2023 and the auditors’ report thereon;

     4. To appoint the auditors of the Association and to authorize the Executive Committee to fix their remuneration;

     5. To appoint the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Association; and

     6. To transact any other business.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. A proxy does not need to be a member. The completed proxy form with original signature must reach the President of the Association at 17/F Jie Yang Building, No. 271 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, not later than 6:00 pm on 4^th December 2023.
