師生、家長遠征蒙古戈壁沙漠　挑戰250公里超級馬拉松 為鼓勵學生透過大自然體驗挑戰自我、培養堅毅精神，港大同學會書院（下稱「書院」）組織十六人隊伍，於本月遠征蒙古，參加全球知名的「戈壁長征」。活動為書院二十周年校慶重點項目之一，充分展現學生勇於挑戰、突破自我，以及家校攜手同行的書院精神。 「戈壁長征」（Gobi March）為全球著名的「四大荒漠超級馬拉松賽事」之一，參賽者須於七天六夜內完成全長250公里賽程，並需沿途自行背負食物、衣物及睡袋等個人物資。賽道橫跨大草原、沙漠、峽谷、巨石地帶及古代遺址，並以十三至十四世紀成吉思汗帝國首都哈剌和林為終點。參加者須在極端環境及多變天氣下完成挑戰，對體能、意志及心理質素均有極高要求，每年吸引世界各地耐力運動好手參與。 歷時八個月備戰　累積逾千公里訓練里數 本屆賽事將於本月21日至27日舉行，來自全球四十個國家及地區約130名參賽者中，書院派出十六人隊伍，包括八名中四及中五學生，以及老師和家長，在楊繼文副校長及小學校監張華強博士帶領下分成三隊出戰。根據賽事規定，參賽者須年滿十八歲，未滿十八歲者必須由成年人陪同參賽。書院學生相信為今屆賽事中最...
