📌Seminar Introduction

With China’s 15th Five-Year Plan making commercial aerospace a national pillar, the 2026-27 HK Budget actively supporting aerospace listings and R&D, and SpaceX’s record-breaking IPO bringing space tech into the public spotlight, this dinner talk brings together Allen Fung (public policy and aerospace strategy) and Kevin Leung (investment) to help HKUGA members understand how Hong Kong can connect mainland aerospace to global markets.

Additionally, Hong Kong is actively promoting low-altitude economy development —with regulatory sandbox trials, cross-boundary drone logistics discussion, and HKU launching the first MSc in low-altitude technology—this dinner talk features Prof. Lixi Huang (HKU Professor and Programme Director) alongside our speakers to decode real-world applications in eVTOL, urban air mobility, and building inspections.
