Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2025 of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association will be held as follows:

Time:              7:30 pm

Venue:            Hong Kong University Graduates Association Office

Location:        17/F, Jie Yang Building, No. 271, Lockhart Road, Wanchai, HK

AGENDA 

1. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 20 December 2024;
2. To receive and adopt the President Report;
3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 and the auditors' report thereon;
4. To appoint the auditors of the Association and to authorize the Executive Committee to fix their remuneration;
5. To appoint the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Association; and
6. To transact any other business.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. A proxy does not need to be a member. The completed proxy form with original signature must reach the President of the Association at 17/F Jie Yang Building, No. 271 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, not later than 6:00 pm on 9 December 2025.
