Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting 2024 of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association will be held as follows:

Date:              20^th December 2024 (Friday)

Time:              6:00 pm

Venue:            Hong Kong University Graduates Association Office

Location:        17/F, Jie Yang Building, No. 271, Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

AGENDA

1. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 6^th December 2023;
2. To receive and adopt the President’s report;
3. To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31^st March 2024 and the auditors’ report thereon;
4. To elect the Executive Committee 2024-2026.
5. To appoint the auditors of the Association and to authorize the Executive Committee to fix their remuneration;
6. To appoint the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Association; and
7. To transact any other business.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf.
