NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting 2022 of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association will be held as follow:

Date: 19^th December 2022 (Monday)

Time: 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Venue: Restaurant of The Chinese Banks’ Association Limited

Location: 5/F, South China Building, 1 Wyndham Street, Central

A G E N D A

To confirm and adopt the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 20^th December 2021.
To receive and adopt the President's Report.
To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended 31^st March 2022 and the auditors’ report thereon.
To elect the Executive Committee 2022-2024.
To appoint the auditors of the Association and to authorize the Executive Committee to determine their remuneration.
To appoint the Honorary Legal Advisor of the Association.
To transact any other business.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. The completed proxy form must be deposited at 17/F Jie Yang Building, No. 271 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong not later than 6:00 p.m. on 17^th December 2022.
